Is it a positive or negative that this time it’s taking longer to get verification or if approved is ECT waiting for a more formal reply.
Who knows........
My take is ECT would know the result and are just waiting for this extra formal clarification.
I don’t think it made it to the board meeting even if it was tabled as I don’t have a clue, just go with the flow
