I think its very difficult to take over a patent like matmor, as it hasn't even got to pilot stage yet. You also need coldry to do matmor. And how would anyone get ahold of all the technical detail that has been evolved of 10-20 years for either of these techs, along with the recent documentation we have commissioned through Dastur, pretty sure this work would be copyright.
