MGX sold Extension Hill in a package including mid other west assets, plant and equipment, railway and port storage shed to FEX.
FEX then very quickly sold Extension Hill to Terra (I think they had them lined up in the deal) . . . i think the sum was $5 million . . . as I read on the FEX forum . . . please double check me as I read that a while ago and going off memory.
