A big negative on the SDL share price was the threat of losing the Cameroon tenement every 6 months. I am sure one of ANS's condition will be an extension of at least a couple of years while they complete financing. They must be reasonably confident of success if they are putting $58M cash into SDL. Can only be positive for the share price and 40% of SDL for current shareholders is better than 100% of a carcass.
