I've got a slightly different take on this. I like it. Why?

Because "the work of seeking potential investors is ongoing and based on current progress the company believes its efforts will be successful."

Timeframe? Six months.

If it was going to be longer or unsuccessful, the extension period would be longer, or worse, the notes would not be extended at all.

I believe the extension period is closely aligned, if not coordinated, with a successful outcome to the Colt negotiations and/or Defence Canada.

Been a long journey. I can wait another six months to see the dream realised.
