extension of offer period, page-3

Leockl, isn't LG just using the technicalities of the act to extend their offer. Another two weeks just gives them more time...

Also not sure if Weiss has offloaded to LG yet but it may be a possibilty to allow them stay below the 19.9% that someone alluded to the other day. I would assume Weiss would however have to submit a change in substantial holdings but I'm not certain hopw soon.
