    Good point, Weiss will have to submit change in substantial holdings notice soon if they truely had transferred their holdings to LG.

    Question now is moving forward, if Weiss has enough cash to buy up more shares on the market for LG ideal goal of 90%, otherwise Weiss' current efforts will all go to waste.
