I think QTK needs to justify/explain why they extended the date of the oppies for Apex. Does QTK believe that they can still sort out the China mess? Is there a threat of legal action by Apex? Does QTK believe that the share price may get high enough for them to be exercised by the deadline?
Usually it is just bad luck for the shareholder if oppies don't reach the exercise price - they can still exercie if they choose to, or are stupid enough to.
