I only bought a few of these so I had the option of joining the SPP but ended up deciding against it.
The share holds enough risk and volatility without buying shares at an unknown price for a 10% gain that can be lost in a day.
First impression of the latest announcement is that the uptake has been pretty poor and this is an attempt at getting a few more dollars in.
