Hi Red Tempura, was not the intention to give advice in that respect and for my own part I have been contacting Directors and will continue to do so.

As I have found out fairly recently there has been a lot more going on with xTV than we as general shareholders had been led to believe and all of it not in a positive note.

These things have come from my own inquiries.

I think Bergen may be able to do something but am mindful they will be looking after their own interests as can be expected.

At present having lost a lot of capital I am cautious as you can expect.
