The problem with UNS is that Alan is the self proclaimed founder, the CEO, the promotions guy, the ramper, etc etc. He has not appointed anyone else to be the public face of the company. So the buck correctly starts and stops at him.

If he is any sort of corporate leader, there will be a chain of command, a reporting hierarchy etc. Since he is at the apex of all structures he must assume responsibility for both successes and failures, just as I and undoubtedly many others do in their professional careers.

As a LTSH I believe he has led and operated the company akin to a private business, sharing only what he needs to with SH and even then, usually just as a means of extracting more cash. It appears clear, that his early executive appointments were simply "yes men".

I totally understand why SH feel continually aggrieved by this management team.
