    4-5 days late lodging the appeal and NOW they are applying for an extension of time for something they had 30 days to do in the first place.

    If they cant play by the rules they shouldnt be in the game.

    Would the same privileges be extended to OBL if the situation was reversed - I thnk not.

    I have said it before that 3 or 4% of the population shouldnt be able to hold the rest to ransom.
