This would strengthen the hand of who you are dealing with. You may be keen for a deal at a certain level, but don't give them the slightest indication that this is so. Its poker big time. Doesn't get any bigger than this, the birthing of a new disruptive technology. We've got it. They have cash and distribution ability. There's cash everywhere, and distribution is not a patented item. They want it for as cheap as possible, and should know its true worth. MSB will be demonstrating they know what its worth. How long it takes, we are in a very very good position. I hope they are not reading H/C and getting distracted by the babble. If they do, "Go guys and stand firm. Take as long as you need as the longer it takes the less risk for the purchaser and higher the price." But the deal has been probably done and its a matter of dots and crosses.
