Whilst agreeing in part to how one can go about addressing a Board member to seek answers it must be remembered that there was plenty of holders trying to contact the Company each an everyday well before the AGM in question and were met with the brick wall approach by management, why because Benjamin Bell had told so many lies people had woken up to them and wanted answers.

In reference to RED, one can see that he wanted those answers and would not take a backward step in holding the BoD responsible for matters pertaining to how the Company was being run and what direction they intended taking in the future.

We all know they shut up shop after this approach, what many here fail to realise is that the BoD had been running a closed shop to those very people who continued to support them and "this happens way to often on these types of company's" and to often shareholders sit back an do absolutely nothing until its to late and all of a sudden the Company is in the hands of the receivers after losing many millions of share holder funds when if shareholders had of held the BoD accountable then a different outcome could have been possible much earlier it may have been the jolt the company or the board needed.

So as far as RED goes he took it on himself to seek the answers from a Board who had built a Brick Wall against investors and this BoD has clearly shown their contempt to holders for a very long time and that they are only interested in filling up the trough and the best ways they can continue to keep well fed in the process, and when one looks at that AGM, RED may well have done all shareholders a favour.
