extension to 22 february of settlement talks

I view this as a pretty strong positive. They must be close to a resolution given they have asked for just a three week extension. Both sides have opened their kimonos to each other already and the bid/ask can't be too large if they think they can close the gap in less than 15 business days of more negotiations!

I have never held out any hope for Kingaroy court proceedings but now have some embers of hope!
