I tend to agree that this Ann indicates for me that there is a significant chance of an advancement towards a successful resolution for cougar and I base this solely on the fact that 3 weeks is a tiny space of time in the western world's legal system and if the whole process was indeed, in the 'never never basket', them I am sure with the courts being so busy, we would not be going back to court in 3 week's time, more like 3 months time.
