Sorry, there is just no way that 3m would involve themselves in any way with OBJ mgmt trying to scam their shareholders. Dont believe that in a million years!!! What could possibly be in it for 3m????? NOTHING!!!! They simply wouldnt do it, would be all risk and no reward for them. They dont waste their time, energy or money on things they are not genuinely interested in.

If they were out they would say so, they asked for an extention that means they want more time, nothing more, nothing less.

Happens all the time when dealing with big companies. Get used to it, its the real world of business.
