He can't pandev, he respects GJ & GC so much . His vision is clouded. Hanlong had 2 full months to negotiate with supposedly wuhan.... They have obviously said NO, not good enough and not interested at 45c. Therefore 45c is not a cert ... 6 weeks will pass and hanlong will,apply for another delay.....go figure. GJ must be desperado...all logic gone out the window pursuing a dead duck!
