Brings up memories of the LYC capital raising debacle. I suspect that, like LYC, the institutions said that they were unwilling to take up the shares at the current suspended price so that was why LYC had 10 minutes of trading before they went into suspension again for the capital raising. I suspect that institutions are saying let the discount be based on an active market so bring them out of suspension or give us a bigger discount.
