Anyone been able to find out the following regarding below or make any sense (if not... company should be coming out with further info to clarify - not very clear Kerry & Bob !!!).

So trading suspension till 13th February 2015. Does this mean that at the commencement of Feb 2015 Discovery Metals are open to have exclusive discussions with other parties ? or do we assume they are still in exclusive discussions with Cupric ???
Provision of interim funding - as apples alluded to does this relate to the additional $2 million owed to DML by Cupric on January 31st with $3 million already paid, or is this interim funding new information and new funding, regarding current lenders or potential new financiers ?
