I think it's fair for people with large amounts of money invested to ask the questions though mate. I'm
not saying the deal won't be done or isn't close, but 'due course' and 'deadline date x' have clear different meanings. and it's ok for things to get extended too, just keep the people that part own this company and want to see it do well bettered informed is all I ask
