Hopefully it’s simply a case of the credit provider acting on their legal entitlement, and STL playing the only card they can when they are unable to pay their debts in full as and when they fall due.

But hey I’m probably wrong. Time will tell.

very much what i thought earlier when i read @hami512 's posted link above....

afterall, i can only assume it was the same credit provider that stuffed the indue deal and it cost them the $325k (or thereabouts) deposit...
