Financial Metrics
The increase in Nickel price and the effect it has on cashflow -
- Base case - US$16,055/t
- Spot at July 2021- Ni US$19,533/t increased cashflow by 76%.
- Spot now - Ni US$28,797.50/t conservative estimate of increased cashflow by 200% minimum.
Building ESG
- If Victor is successful at linking in with the dormant hydro power supply at the Argyle diamond mine (90 km away) which closed in 3 November 2020 this will be a game changer for the company. It would unlock Green ESG credentials but most importantly it would be value add for the company infrastructure.
