I see it totally differently because the mine doesn’t mine a square meterage, it mines vertically, at depths, so perimeter aspects are of limited usefulness when appraising contingent value of the vertical reserve.
There are 26 years worth of mining there - still.
Hence no substantially material changes to the mines operational life or annual output capacity.
The point you made is not dissuasion for me at all, given that rationale.
Overlooking this would be a schoolboy error in my experience.
