Everything I have heard from INR is that they are focused on supplying domestically. (2 more off take announcements pending this 1/2 year.)
Also one of the cleaner projected producers compared to other lithium mines. So Tesla not completely out of the question, but my guess.. off take will be from some big car names in the US.
