The statement of “ It is not our normal practice to make announcements when we file documents with the government agencies.” was the reason that I commented.
I liked it when INR used to provide status updates in announcements on their progress of producing important documents.

Now they don’t feel the need to tell us that they’ve submitted documents to authorities.
Perhaps they’d prefer it if we all routinely wrote emails asking for business updates.
