I'd say you are right, I got into PLS around 40c maybe 5 years ago ish...
back then, I'll be honest I was clueless, read a Motley Fool article on PLS and punted cash at it, thankfully for me it was a good bet but completely luck not judgement on my side.
Ioneer I feel is the real deal, I want to do more research into the backgrounds of the leadership team, to see if they've done something like this before as that'll defo increase the odds
Maybe 80c - $1 around permit approval
Maybe $1-2 during build (as milestones are met)
Maybe $6-10 by 2028
That's my wet finger in the air haha
