Main one is the NEPA final approval, of course. Then more drililng, final plan, FID, construciotn. It will pile on quickly.

Re the NEAP ROD - from last Ioneer newsletter :

"The NEPA process continues to progress steadily and our expectation remains that it will conclude with the issuance of a Record of Decision in the first quarter next year which is the final major permit necessary for construction. "

Buckwheat has been a big question mark for this- but I believe it is now derisked. The article posted by others above by Patrick Donnelly (who has spearheaded the environmental opposition) was published 2 daus ago in the Nevada Independant article. Esentially says he concedes that the INR mine will go ahead. That is also supported by the deep approach by INR to the actual conservation of it.
