Ord's have modelled a CAPEX cost of $1.2B USD now (up from $785M). Don't we have the majority of this potentially already covered by Sibanye-Stillwater ($US490M) and DOE Loan (US$700M).
Have I got my facts wrong? Yes there are a bunch of conditions associated with obtaining the DOE loan but I thought we would have met all of these if we are actually making FID.
Timeframes slipping are my biggest concerns.
