As far as the remaining steps in the process, before construction can begin, my understanding per the website is:

- Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) released (original estimate from BLM June 2023, updated now Jan 2024)
- Public comment and feedback taken, possibly changed made
- Final EIS and draft Record of Decision (ROD) released (Original estimate from BLM December 2023, estimate now June 2024…likely longer?)
- Public comment and feedback taken, possibly changes made
- Final ROD released
- Public are able to object to the decision with BLM required to respond and address any concerns raised.

Once no objections left, BLM can issue final approval of planned operation.

Delays are unfortunately a part of getting anything off the ground, so nothing much here in management control.

I think this company is a good thing, but if dirt is broken this calendar year it would be a huge result? Maybe buy/hold and tuck these shares away til June 2025 and put the feet up for 12 months?
