In my opinion, the draft EIS in which we are all awaiting, and was due Q4 2023, will probably have to be modified after feedback. Hopefully not to significantly. The last timeline released by INR, had DRAFT EIS Q4 2023, and FINAL EIS Q1 2024. We are already late.



So presuming complexity, the DRAFT will be Q1 2024, and FINAL Q2 2024 at best. So strap in, given the challenges from Donnelly, and even some simple delays, we are into Q3 2024.

Also, I just wanted to share some links here, for those that are new, or even for the old holders (like myself) that await news and progress updates.

The DRAFT EIS will be published here (see link below) when available (it has a 45 day review period) This page takes you to EIS that have been released in the last week.
