He may not even be interested in saving the weed, he may probably be using it obtain federal and state grants under the banner of conservation work, there are a lot of grants on offer, given the effects of climate change. It's also probably quite a lucrative way to make a living, especially if you are applying for the grant money through your own company. It's a shame that people like that don't seem to want to pitch in with INR, in the spirit of win-win co-existence to save and propagate the pretty yellow weed. These so-called conservationists probably have a mobile phone with lithium batteries, and a Tesla, and vacuum cleaner and other products. If so, then it simply makes them look like Resource Colonialists (RC), happy to dig up the villages of extremely poor destitute people in Africa and South America and displace them in poverty for their lithium. This colonialism in any form is reprehensible really, and it proves how morally bankrupt those so-called conservationists really are. It's INR who are actually saving the weed, no doubt. I hope that any judge should they be called on to adjudicate on this, will have the knowledge and wisdom to know and understand these things.
