They threaten the government with litigation as if they are above the law. They are in fact, self centred bigots, and resource colonialists, and racists who are content with digging up (often) poor and destitute African and South American villages for their lithium so that Americans can have their mobile phones and EVs and laptops, but they won't touch an ounce of dirt to dig up American soil. They are morally bankrupt, psychologically damaged, and exploiters of public services and government hand-outs of the worst kind, and sad reprehensible people of the most selfish ilk.
