The ROD from the BLM will not be made this month. All we are expecting from them in March is the draft EIS, the final EIS and ROD comes a few months later, probably May and July Respectively (as the ROD is not made at the same time as the final EIS). For now all that is worth keeping an eye on is if the bull market support band is held or not. It current sits at $0.157 and $0.142 for the 20W SMA and the 21W EMA. Daily closes don't mean much at all, keeping an eye on the weekly and monthly closes only at this point.
