hopefully I don't have people jumping at me for the below*

based on the December cash flow and cash at hand...I genuinely believe a capital raise is likely UNLESS US gov funding comes through. as a director i think you wouldn't want less then 1.5 quarters of funding available...will find out when Q1 comes out but that's my hypothesis. reasons for this
1) liquidity to continue the final investment decision
2) I've read that usually before US gov loans issued they want to see strong BS flexibility

question will be if 1) does a cap raise occur 2) if no news at what discount? usually a 20% discount
