My suspicion is that nothing has been announced because they are not permitted to.
I suspect they've been ordered to halt any future project development work by the courts, pending the outcome of the legal cases brought against them by the environmental groups.
But of course, this is just a suspicion and nothing more, it could be completely wrong, however, there must be a good reason why all the projected development tasks have not been reported on, and not occurred on time, or before Christmas.
As usual, I'm open to other reasons why this has not occurred.
