That would be great news.
IMHO - For management to show they are ahead of the curve I dont want to see any locked in fix price contracts.
Lithium though unique is still a commodity even though specialized. Commodity prices have peaks and troughs. Intelligent management will secure financing with either promise of tonnage/debt/equity. But locking in a price and an amount for a period of time is worst case and desperate. If they can source the funding without doing away with too much of there lithium they will be laughing there way to the bank in future contract negotiations.
Read the cycle its a buyers market...
