I dont follow day trading so you could very well be correct in regards to INR's trajectory.
All I know is that the incident will likely play out in one of 2 ways:
1) BLM and related departments wont rush to fast track a review and it will be reviewed under the same course or
2) It will be fast tracked and that could be favourable for either environmental groups or INR pending on the fast track review and what INR can do after pending if it is listed as endangered.
As previously advised it seems highly unlikely to be INR:
Why would they knowingly sign up to years of further research in the plant and actively avoid it during drilling operations?
Seems again as previously pointed out that there is another party that is trying to stop this operation from getting off the ground. INR have now had 1 too many thorns for this not to be the case IMO.

The suing of BLM
The wanting to list Tiehms as endangered
Reviewing public notes about INR and their communication with researchs at Reno Uni - digging for dirt
Filing a complaint with SEC
Destruction of plants incident.
All the above is highly suspect....
Whether its coincidental or if there is an underlying agenda remains to be seen. Is INR being perceived as a threat by a bigger player? Are they down ramping for a takeover? Is it the environmental group that simply wants the plant safe and will go to any lengths to draw attention?
Its a gift wrapped Rubik's cube.
I dont like that someone has done this, an that's as an investor in the mining company. Not a good look at all and I hope INR doesnt cop the blame.
Facts that remain:
- Large long life resource in the heart of USA
- Lowest cost per ton - GLOBALLY
- Boron for commodity de-risk
- Boron offtake already locked in pending approval
- Lithium prices bottomed out per numerous sources.
- Financing of project currently underway with possible offtake discussions around Li as well.
- Eyes on establishment of US domestic supply chains in EV/ Storage Battery industry - made in the USA using domestic resources!
- Edit note Thacker pass - clay is good perhaps our stockpiles are now USEFUL!
A short term dip below 10c would be madness and ill be all over it!
