"Was already going to be listed" is very different from "will be listed"
One is a possibility and one is a certainty lol.
I wouldnt look at it as a no win for INR.
If Tesla are mining where we have already been for a number of years I would say we are 1) In the right location and 2) likely to be ahead of what they plan on doing.
