Well I don't really what to add to the definition pool, but generally accepted in the "resources" world is
I'm fairly confident that any investor would not attribute "Production" to INR ... otherwise there are a whole lot of projects that are "in production". INR has yet to deliver the DFS ... scheduled Q1/20 was it not per the Nov'19 CR presentation.
They have a pilot plant ... just like LAC has a pilot plant for its Thacker Pass project that has "produced" 3,000 tonnes.
As for debt ... that was tagged to production, but separately we'll go with the financial definition of future liability (as in obilgation). And a loan is but one form of debt.
But you're right ... you can interpret whatever way you like ... those in the finance world might not agree. As for INR Capital Structure and balance sheet, that is definitely going to change as they progress from "orange" to "green"
