If that was the case Valknut the share price should be much higher as it would simply be a waiting game.

Sorry have to disagree on that front. The EIS based on a brief glance of others I have looked at give scenarios the mining company can take. If they are garbage and not going to meet the production targets of the plan of operations a third party will not want to get involved in the project.

The capital cost of this project is ~750M which is to be financed via partner, debt and equity. If you think anyone will give that funding away and be a party to willy-nilly its naive IMO. The EIS has to give a clear scenario that is viable. If we are given scenarios that just wont give us enough tonnage etc.... or require an odd change in mine design its not going to look good.

Im optimistic the project will get the green light, I am just saying dont count your chickens.
