The reno researchers themselves said successful propagation can take years, they have had examples of propagation that worked initially and has since failed. Some propagation projects have taken decades to get right, having successful germination in a greenhouse isnt a guarantee they can propagate successfully.

I am not poo pooing the project I am just stating previously given facts. The project doesnt have years to get started. But the environmental impact has already delayed INR.

I remember reading the EIS pathway they planned on taking and it wasnt the now annual EIS review that they are in. The project timeline if you look back was production 2021. This may have been when INR was still listed as Global Geoscience :GSC
