INR have also already agreed to send a copy of the project plans to Bio at the same time as BLM. Though given that Bio have already applied for the Buckwheat to be listed as "endangered" I think it would fall on deaf ears as such.

Donnelly already said that he doesnt see why the mine and the buckwheat cant co-exist. A statement like that discredits a request for it to be listed as endangered.

3 Cases of INR getting closer than within, what was it?, 60meters and in those cases they were still 15meters away (from memory).
Issue should be dead in the water.

Only possibility of it making a re-appearance is if in the rare circumstance it gets endangered status and then its, well how does this impact on INR?
