Tesla wont buy INR, its too risky for any large business to buy another without permits in place. However, you could be right by way of strategic partner.
Per the capital raising presentation you can see that the timeline has Offtake listed with Strategic partnering.
Management are likely going for a big bang announcement at this stage IMO.
IE we have strategically partnered with such and such and signed our first of 4 offtake agreements with such and such.
Such an announcement if 2 big players will see INR pushing towards $1 IMO. We are still much lower than various other lithium plays. Very undervalued in current climate.
