The company is in a strong position now to sign a strategic partner soon with the extra $80million in place.
We can sign a binding agreement based on all permits being ticked off later this year and they don't have to hand over any money until after that. We have plenty of our own cash to get through this year. So it's less risk for any partner wanting to come on board now!
