Strategic partner would more likely see INR issue shares directly to the partner at market rate? Or would it be more likely the partner would just buy their stake on market? Not sure if you know the process but the former seems more likely?
I imagine its likely the partnering company would want a share of the offtake. Wouldnt make sense for say a car manufacturer or completely different business to just want a share. I imagine would be in the industry and has some deep pockets to afford the share equity.
Could be SQM, Tesla, ALB and others as many lithium businesses have done fund raising of late (including INR )
