As long as that petition to have that buckwheat plant listed as an endangered species doesn't get any weight this stock is set to run and run strong IMO. The petition stated that they tried to list the plant as endangered back in 1995. They also said that by law the department needs to reply to the petition within 30 days of the submit date (6/7 Oct I forget which) so if you don't hear or see anything by about 5/6th November I think there will be far less risk with this project moving forward, especially in regards to environmental permitting.
Offtake and finance are a seperate story each with there own risks but when you have premium products in the heart of USA capable of being produced in the lowest end of the cost curve thats something to get excited about.
