Let's face reality
They have been working on off take agreements for months with an expectation to announce "by end Q2/2021"
It's highly improbable that after working on such agreements for so long that they would "just happen" to sign them & announce them right on 30 June.
So, given that the deals are most likely already done & given the slump in the SP, why wouldn't the company strive to announce now & give the SP a kick running up to year end?
