For all shares, there is usually a concerted sell off around the last week of the financial year.
Fir those who don't realise why, it's to offset capital gains if one has had a really profitable year.
I believe therefore that in need order to prevent a sell off it would be in the companies beat interest to hold off announcing offtakes until an end financial year sell off has commenced, it halted.
Then, by way of announcing the offtakes, they keep the share bouyant - or better still, keep it in a growth pattern.
That would be best for business imo.
