you raised a valid point although its only one director and not all of them...likely I imagine it was to meet a previous commitment they personally saw a good buying opportunity. why didnt all the directors buy then?

all I have been saying is that cash is cash and they'll need it to continue the final parts of permitting, investment decision and I saw with Syrah resources that the us gov needed balance sheet stability to progress gov loan

you just need to look beyond this...I'm not syaing sell or anything im saying as a shareholder i feel directoes would want to avoid less then 1.5 quarters of fudning (directors duties to avoid trading insolvent etc etc) so a cap raise is likely...unless they have positive news to announce with it i unfortunately seeing this go back to $0.12-0.14
